Dr. Cohen is a plastic surgeon providing cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery services to patients in the Washington, DC, Annapolis, MD and McClean, VA area.

In addition to performing breast augmentation, breast implant, and breast reconstruction, he also offers breast lift, breast reduction, male breast reduction, and a variety of other plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery procedures.

Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from Georgetown University. He completed a general surgery residency at The Washington Hospital Center, and his plastic surgery training with The Long Island Plastic Surgical Group in New York.

Dr. Cohen is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the National Capital Area Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Lipoplasty Society, and the American Burn Association. Dr. Cohen has published numerous articles in the field of plastic surgery.
