Breast augmentations give women the option of having the implant put above or beneath the muscle, but in scarless breast augmentation the implant can only go above the muscle.  As with any other cosmetic procedure, there are both benefits and risks to scarless breast augmentation.  Depending on existent factors and what the patient's goals are, scarless breast augmentation can have a very natural, minimal physical impact, and aesthetically pleasing effect.
