Temporary soreness, skin wrinkling, palpability, swelling, change in nipple sensation, bruising, altered mammography. Breast sensitive to stimulation for first few weeks. Bleeding, infection, thick wide scars, capsular contracture, implant rupture, deflation, asymmetry and unevenly positioned nipples. Permanent loss of feeling to the nipples and/or breasts (rare).
