Dr. Costa is a plastic surgeon providing cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery services to patients in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills area. In addition to performing breast augmentation, breast implant, and breast reconstruction, he also offers breast lift, breast reduction, male breast reduction, and a variety of other plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery procedures.

Dr. Costa received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit Michigan. He completed a general surgery residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Costa is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He holds memberships in numerous specialty societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons.
